SHIPPING POLICY
All US Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package or Priority Mail. Tracking numbers are sent to the email address on file. For information on your package, please refer to the USPS link sent with your shipping notification and if an issue should arise, contact USPS directly.
Please Note: Orders are shipped to the address that is provided by the customer at checkout. Please make sure all information is entered correctly, as we will not be responsible for lost packages due to address errors.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns
If you have any problems with your order, please do not hesitate to send us an email! If your package arrives damaged or has any fulfillment problem, let us know and I'd be happy to talk with you about it. We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It cannot be caked or unwound in any way. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@greenstoneyarn.com. Buyers are responsible for return shipping with tracking of the goods you wish to return. Upon receipt of your items, we will issue a refund to the payment method you used during the original purchase. You can always contact us for any return question at info@greenstoneyarn.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can fix it!
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have; once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
