THE NATURE OF HAND-DYED YARN
Hand-dyed yarn is as unique as you are! Each single skein of yarn will be slightly different from the others. I use small dye lots to keep the skeins as consistent as possible, and I strive to replicate the colorway photos shown as closely as possible. BUT, please expect some variation of color when ordering your skein, as it may look slightly different than the one photographed. In addition, colors viewed on computer monitors may vary from the physical product. Thank you for understanding!
WASHING YOUR HAND-DYED YARN
During the first wash or two, some light color bleeding may occur (especially for deeper colors). This is to be expected and should resolve. I recommend hand washing all hand-dyed yarns in cool to lukewarm water with wool wash and block to dry. This will keep your beautiful projects looking like new!
SHIPPING
All US Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package or Priority Mail. Tracking numbers are sent to the email address on file. For information on your package, please refer to the USPS link sent with your shipping notification and if an issue should arise, contact USPS directly.
Please Note: Orders are shipped to the address that is provided by the customer at checkout. Please make sure all information is entered correctly, as I will not be responsible for lost packages due to address errors.
RETURNS
Please let me know right away if you are unhappy with your purchase, if it has been damaged in any way, or if you received the wrong item(s). I will do my best to resolve the issue.
If you wish to return your item, it must be returned within 10 days of receiving the package and returned in its original state to be eligible for a refund. If the yarn has been caked or unwound, a refund will NOT be given. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs, as shipping charges are non-refundable.
